This role involves mentoring and leading teams in delivering cloud applications while ensuring engineering excellence and security. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in backend engineering with Java or Python, strong knowledge of AWS, and be a proficient communicator. This position is critical for driving technical strategy and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Formación

• Significant experience leading software engineering teams delivering cloud applications.
• Strong backend engineering background in Java and/or Python.
• Deep knowledge of AWS architecture, security, and reliability.
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of backend and frontend engineers to deliver a cloud application roadmap.
• Define and evolve architecture for microservices and web applications.
• Drive engineering excellence in code quality and testing strategy.
• Own cloud infrastructure and platform practices on AWS.
• Ensure security and compliance across the SDLC.
• Mentor engineers and build a strong team culture.
