Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Site Contracts Specialist II/Sr for ARG or MEX, hybrid in Buenos Aires. You will manage all contract processes, negotiate budgets, and coordinate with protocol, investigators, vendors, and sponsors across multiple countries.

You will work with legal, finance and operational teams to ensure timely execution, maintain templates, and mentor junior staff while driving quality in contract management for clinical trials.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, public health or related field with strong contracts background.
• Advanced degree is preferred for higher responsibilities.
• Extensive contracts management experience in CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
• Solid understanding of clinical development processes and regulatory/contracting parameters.
• Excellent MS Office skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Administers all contract management processes at the project level.
• Leads multi-country projects including negotiating and preparing contracts and budgets.
• Supports site contract templates and budget approvals.
• Coordinates contract execution and archival of documents.
• Maintains contract templates and site files; ensures SOPs are followed.
• Mentors junior staff and contributes to training and QA plans.
• Tracks contract milestones and collaborates with legal, finance and operations.
