Syneos Health is seeking a Site Contracts Specialist II/Sr for ARG or MEX to administer contract management processes and to negotiate budgets for site participation in trials. You will coordinate with protocol teams, vendors, and investigators, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of contract documents across countries.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High level of contracts management experience.
• Experience in a contract research organization or pharmaceutical industry essential.
• Strong knowledge of the clinical development process and legal and contracting parameters.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer focused and ability to manage challenging priorities and adapt under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Administers all contract management processes at a project level.
• Leads multi-country projects including negotiating and preparing contracts and budgets.
• Supports Site Contracts/Site Start-Up at internal or customer meetings.
• Manages ongoing contract issues with the project team.
• Generates amended contract and/or budget documents; streamlines processes.
• Trains and mentors junior staff on SOPs and maintains templates and files.
