Job summary

Syneos Health Argentina S.A. seeks a Site Contracts Specialist to administer contract management processes at the project level across sites in Argentina.

You will coordinate with protocol, consent, institution, investigator, vendor, and sponsor agreements, ensuring templates align with country requirements. You will support multi-country projects, negotiate budgets, prepare site contracts, and maintain templates and metadata in repositories, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring timely

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• High level of contracts management experience.
• Experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical industry is essential.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development and contracting parameters.
• Excellent MS Office skills and vendor management.
• Strong negotiating and communication abilities.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Administers all contract management processes at project level.
• Lead multi-country projects including contract and budget negotiation.
• Support country template contracts and budgets.
• Produce site-specific contracts from country templates.
• Assist in contract/budget submissions for sites.
• Negotiate budgets and contracts with sites through SSU until resolution.
• Maintain templates, conduct quality control, and archive documents.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on SOPs and WI.
