Kake is seeking a Senior Software Security Engineer to shape AI training data for a leading human data platform for AI agents and LLMs. You will bridge software engineering and security to improve model safety and performance, writing prompts, code solutions, and evaluating outputs.

This remote-first role emphasizes independent work in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to influence how AI systems understand and reason about code. US PST overlap is preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a backend, AppSec, or Security role.
• Proficiency in Python (or Rust, Go, TypeScript).
• Hands-on experience with Terminal-Bench and evaluating AI tasks.
• Comfortable with Linux, Docker, and Git workflows.
• Experience with supply-chain, vulnerability triage, security credentials, and access control.
• Strong testing skills: functional and integration tests.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to development and evaluation of AI training data for AI agents and LLMs.
• Write prompts for AI training and evaluation.
• Produce reference-quality code solutions.
• Provide structured human signal to improve AI systems.
• Evaluate AI agent performance on terminal-based tasks.
• Work with tasks including compiling code, running tests, managing environments, and completing multi-step software engineering workflows.
• Write functional and integration tests.
• Help ensure the quality of AI-generated software engineering outputs.
