BairesDev is seeking a Senior Security Automation Engineer to drive automation across security testing and monitoring inside our engineering ecosystem. You will design scalable workflows and enforce secure SDLC practices while collaborating with global teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in security engineering, strong Python, threat modeling, and cloud/container security knowledge. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and competitive USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Security Automation, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python scripting and building security automation workflows.
• Proven expertise in threat modeling, vulnerability management, and secure SDLC.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain automated security testing and monitoring workflows to streamline threat detection and response.
• Perform threat modeling and security architecture assessments to proactively identify and mitigate infrastructure risks.
• Oversee vulnerability management processes and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure a secure SDLC.
• Implement and optimize robust platform security measures, including identity management and encryption standards.
• Develop automated systems to detect, triage, and respond to security incidents and compliance anomalies in real time.
