BairesDev is seeking a Semi Senior SDET to design and develop advanced test automation solutions, ensuring software quality and optimizing CI/CD pipelines. You will apply your programming and testing skills to deliver robust automated tests.

You will lead automated test development, mentor others, collaborate with dev teams, and contribute to test strategies while enjoying a fully remote role with flexible hours and USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development and testing.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Cypress, or Java.
• Experience with API and UI testing.
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages used in test automation.
• Basic IT infrastructure and database knowledge.
• Experience in integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of complex automated test suites and frameworks.
• Mentor junior SDETs and guide them in advanced testing techniques and automation strategies.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance test coverage and improve the overall quality of software.
• Optimize test automation processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis of complex bugs and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of test strategies and methodologies.
