BairesDev seeks a Technical Manager to serve as the technical expert in client conversations, translating needs into defined roles, teams, and proposals. You will work with sales, delivery, and presales to articulate our value and shape solutions across software engineering, AI, data, cloud, and quality domains.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SDLC with teams, 3+ years in a specialty, and strong English; remote, with excellent compensation in USD or local currency, plus mentorship and growth
Competenze
- 5+ years of experience building software with teams across the SDLC.
- 3+ years in a focused SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
- Experience selling technology outsourcing via pre-sales or sales teams.
- Deep domain experience in at least one vertical.
- Experience with Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Mansioni
- Meet with leads and prospects to translate requirements into documents and value propositions.
- Travel to meet leads and attend events as the technical expert.
- Engage in technical discussions to determine optimal solutions and team compositions.
- Collaborate on proposals, estimates, and team recommendations with presales.
- Provide consultancy on best practices in software delivery within your expertise.
