AgileEngine, LLC. in Argentina is seeking a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to build reliable CI/CD pipelines using Copado, manage deployments across environments, and reduce manual release effort through automation.

You will collaborate with developers, admins, QA, and stakeholders to refine deployment processes, troubleshoot issues, and define release governance. This remote role offers flexible hours and global collaboration.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including deployment and release management.
• Hands-on experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, packaging, environment strategy, and release lifecycle management.
• Experience with Git, branching models, automated testing, and CI/CD concepts.
• Familiarity with change sets, metadata API, DevOps Center, and deployment troubleshooting.
• Strong coordination and communication across technical and business teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related DevOps tooling.
• Manage deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Support version control, branching strategies, release orchestration, backup, rollback, and environment management.
• Partner with developers, admins, QA, and release stakeholders to define and improve deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures, metadata conflicts, and environment synchronization issues.
• Establish standards for release governance, testing, compliance, and change management.
• Automate repetitive deployment and validation tasks to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Document release procedures, deployment checklists, and operational runbooks.
