AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep Data Cloud expertise to design scalable customer data solutions. You will build data ingestion, identity resolution, and segmentation workflows that unify customer profiles and power intelligent engagement across platforms.

With strong SQL, Apex, and API skills, you will support integrations with downstream systems and partner with business, product, and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms, identity resolution, and segmentation.

Responsabilidades

• Design Data Cloud solutions including data streams and identity resolution.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and external systems via APIs and ETL patterns.
• Collaborate with business, product, and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Develop and optimize activation workflows connecting Data Cloud audiences to downstream systems.
• Support data quality, governance, security, and compliance across platforms.
• Troubleshoot platform, ingestion, and activation issues and propose durable improvements.
• Document technical designs, data flows, and runbooks.
• Stay current with Salesforce Data Cloud features and best practices.
