Job summary

Coderoad Inc. is seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. You’ll audit CRM and integrated revenue systems, resolve data inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows.

No prior AI experience is required. You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, and automation.
• Experience with two revenue or operational systems (billing, CPQ, ticketing, integrations).
• SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• SaaS environment experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
