You will edit and optimize video content for ads, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns, collaborating with designers, copywriters and strategists to ensure high-quality content across YouTube, social media, and paid media campaigns. You'll contribute to shaping video strategies for campaigns across platforms while ensuring seamless execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an agency, media, or marketing team.
• Strong storytelling with pacing, audience engagement, and visual impact.
• Experience editing ads, brand storytelling, and campaigns for digital platforms.
• Fluent English communication with U.S.-based teams.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and text overlays.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns with strong storytelling and brand consistency.
• Enhance video quality through color grading, sound design, and transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to improve engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, thumbnails).
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and strategists to align visuals with marketing goals.
• Manage video files and organize assets with structured workflows.
• Review edits and refine content based on client feedback.
• Stay updated on editing techniques and platform trends to improve effectiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets accounting for review steps.
