Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years editing experience in agency/Marketing environments.
• Proven storytelling ability with pacing and engagement.
• Fluent English communication with US-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns, ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistency.
• Enhance video quality through color grading, sound design, and smooth transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to improve engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms with correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with design, copy, and strategy teams to align visuals with marketing goals.
• Manage video files and assets, ensuring organized workflows and version control.
• Review edits and refine content based on feedback before final delivery.
• Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends to improve effectiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets with internal and client approvals.
