A leading global consulting firm in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage the full recruitment process for shared services. This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in BPO hiring for customer service, IT, and marketing roles. A hybrid working model is offered, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Only candidates based in the Philippines will be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the full recruitment process cycle from initial role briefing through to offer stage
  • Build strong partnerships with the business area you support and candidates to drive client and candidate satisfaction
  • Work with the sourcing team to drive strong recruitment strategies with a focus on diversity within the shortlist
  • Utilize all available direct sourcing tools and technology to ensure a quality candidate shortlist/pipeline
  • Communicate effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks
Qualifications
  • Experience in a full cycle recruitment role, from direct sourcing, screening, assessing/interviewing, and offering candidates, in-house, agency, or BPO
  • Prior BPO experience in hiring for Shared Services (Customer Service, IT, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain) and language speakers (German, Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese) would be an advantage
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships at different levels within an organization
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to delegate parts of the recruitment process (e.g., interview scheduling and sourcing)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
  • Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize different needs and plans for a broad range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English and Tagalog (written and spoken)
  • Hybrid working model – 3 days in the office (Ayala Ave) and 2 days from home
