Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer with strong automation skills who also takes ownership of manual testing for desktop and mobile applications. Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to keep them fast and reliable.

Responsibilities include investigating failures, fixing flaky tests, reporting bugs, and collaborating with developers on testability and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on testing experience.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps, including on real iOS and Android devices.
• Experience using AI tools in QA; testing AI-powered apps is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
