Job summary

Darwoft seeks a Senior Fullstack Engineer to own frontend and backend tasks for a FinTech CX platform. You will design and ship React/TypeScript features, orchestrate AI-assisted tooling, and collaborate with backend services to deliver robust, scalable experiences.

You’ll work remote from LATAM, engage with product and CX stakeholders, and be responsible for end-to-end workflows, from UI to API integrations, while maintaining code quality and rapid experimentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with strong frontend background.
• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools and agentic workflows.
• Ability to use AI as part of the engineering workflow with ownership.
• Experience building complex product interfaces with forms, tables, dashboards, and multi-step workflows.
• Strong understanding of modern frontend practices and architecture.
• Experience with bundlers like Webpack, Rspack or Vite.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and modern styling.
• Experience consuming REST APIs and OpenAPI-based services.
• Ability to debug across frontend and backend boundaries.
• Experience with TanStack Query and server-state patterns.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• English proficiency for documentation and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React / TypeScript features across CX modules.
• Build reusable UI components and complex workflows.
• Work with Tailwind CSS, Tremor, Radix/shadcn, and Storybook.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering practices to prototype, test, and refine features.
• Experiment with AI coding agents to boost productivity.
• Build data-driven interfaces using TanStack Query and React Router.
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs and BFF layers.
• Work in a micro-frontend architecture with Module Federation.
• Collaborate on API design with FastAPI backends and OpenAPI contracts.
• Ensure end-to-end correctness across workflows and metrics.
• Contribute to authorization-aware UX and accessibility.
• Troubleshoot frontend and backend issues in production.
• Maintain reliability and performance of critical workflows.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture decisions, and best practices.
