Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a frontend focus to drive a FinTech Customer Experience Operations Platform. You’ll work remotely from LATAM, collaborating with product, CX, designers and backend engineers to ship React/TypeScript features and AI-assisted tooling.

You’ll apply agentic development practices, integrate with APIs, and own end-to-end workflows, queues, dashboards and data-driven UI components in a fast-paced, remote-first studio environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong React and TypeScript frontend experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools in production workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with Product and CX stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features for CX modules.
• Build reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards, and workflows.
• Integrate frontend with BFF and backend APIs.
• Work within a micro-frontend architecture and modern tooling.
• Apply AI-assisted development practices to speed prototyping and quality.
