Fortrea Argentina S.A. seeks a Senior Central Monitoring Lead to oversee risk-based monitoring across multiple studies and sites. You will lead a team of 8–20 CRAs, review trip reports, and ensure adherence to ICH-GCP and sponsor requirements.

You will develop risk assessments, configure dashboards, mentor staff, and coordinate with CTLs, Project Managers, and study teams to drive timely issue escalation and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• University/College Degree in Life Science or related field; English fluency required.
• 2 years of central monitoring or trip report review experience; 10-12 years of clinical research experience overall.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, MS Office, and project/risk management.

Responsabilités

• Review trip reports, identify risks, trends, and safety concerns; ensure issues tracked to resolution.
• Lead centralized monitoring across sites, regions, and studies; support risk assessments and dashboards.
• Coach CRAs and CMLs; develop templates and guidelines for trip reports and monitoring activities.
