Formación

• 7+ años de experiencia en desarrollo y testing de software.
• Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos de testing y metodologías aplicadas.

Introduction
As a Test Specialist at IBM, your analytical and technical skills will directly impact the quality of the software we create. Your Role and Responsibilities
To carry out the testing of our Mobile People platform, we are looking for a TESTER SR profile with extensive and current experience in mobile platforms and knowledge of banking products.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Al menos 7 años de experiência en actividades relacionadas con el ciclo de vida de desarrollo y testing de software y al menos 3 años de esa experiência definiendo y liderando equipos que ejecuten tareas de testing.
- Conocimiento y experiência en la aplicación de metodologías y definición de prácticas y procesos, y en la selección e implementación de herramientas de gestión de pruebas.
- Conocimiento y experiência en técnicas y herramientas de gestión de actividades de testing.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Level of English language (oral and written) intermediate to superior.
