RYZ Labs is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to own quality for a React Native mobile app and a Next.js web experience, with Java/Spring Boot and Node BFF behind the scenes. You’ll perform hands-on testing with real devices, logs, and APIs, not only UI checks, and emphasize clear communication.

The role is remote from Argentina or Uruguay for a 6-month contract with potential extension, focusing on end-to-end test coverage, API validation, and automation evolution.

Formación

• Manual and exploratory testing across web and mobile, using acceptance criteria and designs.
• Diagnose via browser tools to pinpoint where issues originate.
• Debug React Native apps on real devices and simulators, inspect logs and builds.
• Validate REST APIs with proper status codes and edge cases.
• Ensure API auth/ RBAC and service-to-service interactions are correct.
• Write clear bug reports with repro steps, logs, and evidence.
• Build regression suites and leverage AI-assisted tooling for efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Execute manual and exploratory tests for web and mobile based on criteria and designs.
• Use browser dev tools to diagnose and narrow down issues.
• Debug RN apps on real devices and simulators, review logs and builds.
• Test REST APIs and backend services beyond UI.
• Validate auth and RBAC at API level and inter-service calls.
• Create regression suites and assist automation efforts.
• Apply AI tooling to accelerate test case generation and investigation.
