Svitla Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior QA Automation specialist with Playwright for a full-time LATAM position. You will own automation initiatives across web platforms and APIs, integrate with CI/CD, and drive quality metrics.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in QA automation, strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills, and experience with Playwright, test data management, and performance testing. You will collaborate with Engineering, QA, and leadership to improve quality and reliability.

Formación

• 6+ years of QA automation and quality engineering experience.
• Proficient in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• At least 2 years with Playwright or similar modern automation frameworks.
• Strong end-to-end web and API test automation experience.
• Experience CI/CD integration and test environment management.
• Experience with test reporting, automation metrics, and dashboards.
• Root cause analysis and performance/load testing experience.
• Excellent communication and independent work capability.

Responsabilidades

• Review requirements and design test plans from a quality perspective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability of web platforms.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Execute end-to-end web and API automation across browsers.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support repeatable execution.
• Maintain technical docs: test plans, scripts, results, defects.
• Prioritize and coordinate testing activities across projects.
