• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance or software engineering.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks using Playwright.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for software testing.
• Experience in manual testing and test automation.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure software products are designed and developed with quality in mind.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify software defects.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure defects are resolved in a timely manner.

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior QA Engineer with Playwright for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in LATAM. Our client is an enterprise SaaS platform that helps HR and communication leaders at some of the largest brands in the world give all employees the news and information they need to thrive. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through various testing methods, including automated testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance or software engineering.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript.
• 3+ years of recent, hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using Playwright.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for software testing is a must.
• Experience in manual testing and test automation.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Will be a plus

• Experience with Selenium, Appium, or other test automation tools is a plus.
• Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Ruby) is a plus.
