AgileEngine is seeking an Automation QA Engineer with strong automation skills and hands-on manual testing responsibilities for desktop and mobile apps. You will build robust regression automation, run comprehensive test suites, and collaborate with product and development teams to ensure software quality across the SDLC.

The role emphasizes automation using Playwright, WebdriverIO, and Appium, plus exposure to AI-assisted QA tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on manual testing.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps, including real devices.

Responsabilités

• Build regression automation scripts to support app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation against defined criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance testing as needed.
• Record detailed documentation of feature behavior and test results.
• Identify risks to quality and elevate issues to the team.
• Collaborate with product to ensure quality throughout SDLC and releases.
• Engage with customer-facing teams to incorporate user feedback into testing.
• Maintain and run automation in CI/CD pipelines; manage test data/environments.
• Participate in On-Call rotations and refine testing strategies.
