Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional Python experience in backend systems.
• Advanced Python for durable backend components and web services.
• Experience with React for responsive web views.
• Applied ML patterns to improve design and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of data repositories and secure data access.
• Git proficiency and collaborative development practices.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to guide contributors.
• Good command of English (B2+).
• Follows structured software development processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy resilient, scalable software aligned with business needs.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Review teammates’ code and provide constructive feedback.
• Coach less-experienced engineers to strengthen skills.
• Assist in scheduling and estimation with scope clarity.

• Write architecture documentation to support maintainable code.
