Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong command of Python for implementing reliable backend services and architecture.
• Experience using React to build modern, engaging front-end experiences.
• Practical familiarity with AI tools and principles to enhance the build process.
• Solid understanding of database systems for organizing and accessing application data.
• Git proficiency for version control in a team setting.
• Leadership experience with a track record of guiding and motivating others.
• Understanding of development methodologies that enable disciplined, predictable delivery.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable, long-lived software infrastructure aligned with technical and business needs.
• Coordinate with cross-department partners to create well-integrated, polished products.
• Engage in design reviews and technical discussions that steer ongoing initiatives.
• Diagnose and fix difficult technical problems encountered during development cycles.
• Coach less experienced engineers and support their technical growth.
• Contribute to project planning by advising on scope boundaries and scheduling.
• Stay current with industry changes and propose improvements to team practices.
• Maintain clear technical documentation to preserve decisions and support the codebase.
• Align with stakeholders on requirements and confirm delivered results meet agreements.
