You will partner with cross-functional colleagues, join architectural discussions, perform code reviews, and help forecast work with accurate estimates while maintaining robust documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Deep Python proficiency for backend engines and web services.
• Practical experience with React for modern UI.
• Familiarity with machine learning approaches and applications.
• Knowledge of data repositories for secure storage and retrieval.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Fluent English (B2) in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust, scalable backend systems that meet enterprise goals.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to release well-integrated software.
• Perform peer code reviews and provide meaningful feedback.
