Job summary

Bechtel seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer for complex substation and line construction projects in Argentina. You will support construction engineering disciplines, interpret design documents for construction teams, and drive quality and regulatory compliance on major mining and energy projects.

The role requires strong HV expertise, 10 years of relevant experience, and ability to work with local and national regulations.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineer with a decade of relevant experience in substation and line construction.
• HV experience on mining projects preferred.
• Ability to learn and apply local, state/provincial and national guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist craftsmen, foremen, and project supervision with construction-related issues on drawings.
• Provide technical interpretation of design documents to project teams and solve problems.
• Maintain communication between the company and the design engineer for timely information flow.
• Coordinate the project quality program when the quality function is within Construction Eng. dept.
