Worley is seeking a Senior Project Planner/Scheduler to develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules across multiple levels, ensuring alignment with cost, risk, and management disciplines. The role demands strong experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project, and coordination with engineers and contractors.

You will monitor progress, identify risks, and prepare reports including CPI/SPI analyses, while maintaining robust planning controls and supporting bid evaluation and project close-out

Competenze

• University degree or equivalent professional experience in Engineering, Construction, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Planner / Scheduler on projects.
• Strong experience working with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Experience across multiple industries (Mining and associated Infrastructure experience is an advantage).
• Proven background in Capital Projects and Engineering environments.

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain, and control Project Execution Schedules, including Level 1, 2, and 3 schedules.
• Ensure schedule assumptions align with cost engineering, cost estimation, risk management, and project management disciplines.
• Implement company schedule and planning requirements, cascading to contractors.
• Identify schedule trends, risks, and potential slippages; report findings.
• Produce regular progress and performance reports, including SPI analysis.
• Develop, implement, and maintain consistent project plans and control structures.
• Ensure compliance with planning and progress monitoring procedures.
• Perform monthly progress updates, forecasting, critical path analysis, and trend analysis.
• Prepare, update, and maintain schedule status reports for Project Engineers.
• Assess impacts of changes and productivity against targets and milestones.
• Identify alternative approaches to optimize schedules and outcomes.
• Liaise with Project Engineering teams to understand key drivers.
• Ensure effective resource loading and leveling within schedules.
• Participate in evaluation of bid schedules and contractor plans.
• Develop and review contractual planning, progress monitoring, and reporting requirements.
• Review contractor progress and reflect accurately in the integrated schedule.
• Track critical path, monitor float, and assess schedule criticality.
• Contribute to benchmarking activities and knowledge transfer.
• Support project close-out activities and lessons learned.
