Worley in Argentina seeks a Senior Project Planner / Scheduler to develop, maintain, and control project execution schedules across levels. You will align schedules with cost, risk, and management disciplines, and ensure compliance with planning requirements.

You will lead schedule forecasting, critical path and trend analyses, and coordinate with project engineers and managers to optimize performance on capital projects and EPCM environments.

Formación

• University degree in Engineering, Construction, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Planner / Scheduler.
• Strong experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Experience across multiple industries; Mining/infrastructure is a plus.
• Capital Projects and EPCM environment experience.
• Site and construction planning experience with progress measurement.
• Strong review, analysis, and contractor schedule assessment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and control Project Execution Schedules (Level 1–3).
• Ensure schedule alignment with cost engineering, risk, and management.
• Implement planning requirements and cascade to contractors.
• Identify schedule trends, risks, and slippages with reporting.
• Produce progress reports with Schedule Performance Index analysis.
• Maintain consistent, realistic project plans and control structures.
• Analyze changes and productivity against targets and milestones.
• Resource loading and leveling within schedules.
