Job summary

Worley seeks a seasoned Project Controls Manager to lead cost control, scheduling, estimating and reporting for a multi-billion dollar mining project. The role oversees a project controls team on site and at the home office, implementing tools and systems to track progress and performance against plan.

A university degree with 15+ years of experience is typical; bilingual Spanish/English is required. Proficiency with Primavera P6, Ecosys, Cleopatra and Power BI is expected, as is strong client

Qualifications

• University degree in related field or equivalent experience; 15+ years relevant experience including supervisory, project management and/or technical experience.
• Extensive experience in large-scale mining/EPCM/EPC projects in LATAM; strong client interface and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with regional Operational Managers to align area with organizational initiatives and objectives.
• Oversee cost and schedule planning, change tracking, earned value, productivity and risk analyses.
• Lead a team of 10–20 professionals, ensuring timely delivery of reports and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with accounting and MIS to integrate cost and schedule data with company systems.
