BairesDev is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead mid to large staff augmentation projects. You will guide multi-disciplinary engineering teams and ensure efficient, effective delivery across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years as a Software Project Manager, strong leadership, excellent English, and a background in IT with Agile methodologies. This is 100% remote role with USD compensation and home office setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Extensive IT industry experience with Agile practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English to work with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor project results with coaching and discipline as needed.
• Coordinate and enforce company systems and procedures for quality.
• Retain staff by fostering a reliable, communicative work environment.
• Analyze utilization, plan capacity and forecast profitability.
• Forecast financial results and manage expenditures.
• Identify opportunities to deliver value for clients and stakeholders.
