Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead full project lifecycles in a fully remote setup. You will forecast projects, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery while aligning with client requirements.

You will collaborate with global teams, implement agile practices, and drive process improvements to achieve client satisfaction and successful outcomes across diverse initiatives.

• Implement the necessary changes throughout the process.
• Carry out monitoring and control activities to track the progress of the project.
• Ensure customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project.

• Knowledge of data persistence (databases).
• Advanced algorithmic knowledge.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Intermediate system design knowledge.
• Previous experience developing modules for real-world applications.
• Previous experience implementing unit testing in code.
• Advanced English level.
