Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Project Manager to join our fully remote team. You will work with engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, coordinating processes and maintaining quality.

You’ll communicate across teams and with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes. The role requires experience in project management, an understanding of Agile practices, and strong leadership and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or related field.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Good English level, both written and spoken.

• Plan and monitor project progress, providing guidance to team members.
