Premier Research Argentina in Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Oncology) to join our Oncology team. You will manage multi-disciplinary global project teams and ensure milestones, budgets, and regulatory alignment to deliver life-changing therapies.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in CRO/biotech, global experience, and oncology expertise. You will liaise with customers, support business development and lead project meetings to drive successful outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, biological or science-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in CRO/biotech/pharma.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines and resources for complex trials.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate global project teams across Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics and Medical Affairs.
• Ensure adherence to budget and scope to realize profitability.
• Ensure tasks align with project plans and Premier Research processes.
• Act as primary liaison between Premier Research and customers; chair meetings.
• Support business development through proposals and presentations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensures successful management and coordination of efforts assigned to all members of the global project team, including but not limited to Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety, to support milestone achievement and overall project delivery
• Ensures adherence to project budget and scope of work to realize project profitability
• Ensures all project tasks are completed in accordance with project plans and in compliance with standard Premier Research processes, policies and procedures
• Acts as the primary liaison between Premier Research and the customer for all assigned projects and chairs project team meetings and teleconferences
• Assists in Business Development activities, including proposal development and leading proposal presentations in partnership with Business Development and Scientific Account Leadership
• Develops strong relationships with current clients to generate new and/or add-on business for the future

What We Are Searching For

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a clinical, biological- or science-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a CRO/Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Specialty Pharma industry
• Budget/finance/costing experience on a project level
• Experience in managing complex trials, multiple phases, and full lifecycle
• Global experience required
• In depth therapeutic area and protocol knowledge in Oncology indications
