Premier Research is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Oncology) to lead the delivery of global oncology programs. You will coordinate regulatory, clinical operations, biometrics, and medical affairs teams to meet milestones while safeguarding budget and scope.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in CRO/Pharma, a science-related degree, and a track record managing complex trials across multiple phases; global experience is essential to serve biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, biological- or science-related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• Budget/finance/costing experience on a project level.
• Experience managing complex trials, multiple phases, and full lifecycle.
• Global experience required; oncology therapeutic area knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures successful management and coordination of global project teams, including Regulatory, Clinical Ops, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety.
• Ensures adherence to project budget and scope of work to realize profitability.
• Chairs project team meetings and teleconferences; acts as primary liaison with customers.
• Assists in Business Development activities, including proposal development and leading proposal presentations.
• Develops strong relationships with current clients to generate new and/or add-on business for the future.
