Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end service delivery on major projects in Argentina. You will interface with clients and consultants at all stages, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include reviewing expenditures, validating cost estimates, and driving planning, scheduling and control of project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a project manager.
• Experience in commissioning.
• Engineering or architectural degree with chartered status.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery and ensure client objectives are met.
• Manage project schedule and budgets and coordinate general contractor and vendors.
• Review construction, approve capital expenditure spends, and revise cost estimates.
• Plan, organize, schedule, direct and control project delivery to meet deadlines.
• Lead client meetings and report to global team; manage risks and the risk register.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure quality control.
