Qualifications

• Mandatory copper mining and heap leaching experience.
• Engineering degree required (Civil/Mechanical/Chemical/Mining).
• Bilingual English and Spanish with full professional proficiency.
• Strong leadership, meetings, and reporting in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead mining and infrastructure projects from development through commissioning.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and operations interfaces.
• Oversee contractors, site activities and construction management.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental standards compliance.
• Maintain client relationships and reporting processes.
• Support commercial and strategic project decisions.
