Truelogic Software LLC is seeking a Senior Production Designer to support a creative team delivering high‑quality digital and marketing assets. This role blends strong production design with collaboration across design, strategy, content, and production, including a focus on production-ready deliverables.

The ideal candidate is detail‑driven, adept at operating within design systems and brand guidelines, and can translate direction into polished outputs.

Formación

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Strong experience in visual and digital design.
• Proven experience designing web and digital experiences.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Hands-on experience with responsive design across breakpoints.
• Experience applying brand guidelines and visual systems.
• Experience creating visual designs for digital campaigns.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
• Experience using web and content management tools.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to work onsite at the office up to 3 days per week (Buenos Aires).

• Contribute to integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels.
• Present design concepts and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs as needed.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Take ownership of projects and proactively drive work forward.

This opportunity supports one of their key accounts, where the Senior Production Designer will collaborate with multidisciplinary creative teams to produce high‑quality marketing assets while leveraging AI tools throughout the creative process.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Production Designer to support a creative team in delivering high‑quality digital and marketing assets. This role combines strong production design skills with close collaboration across creative disciplines, including design, strategy, content, and production.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working within established design systems and brand guidelines, and able to translate creative direction into polished, production‑ready deliverables. Experience incorporating AI tools such as Claude into creative workflows is also valued to improve efficiency, experimentation, and day‑to‑day production processes.

• Strong visual attention to detail and a high standard of design craft.

• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional, collaborative environment.
