As a Senior Principal Consultant in Total Reward, you’ll be a strategic partner to clients, delivering tailored solutions that align compensation and benefits with business strategy. You’ll work across industries, with a particular focus onpublic sector organizations, helping them navigate the complexities of modern reward systems while driving real-world impact.
This is a chance to work onhigh-profile, purpose-driven projectsthat influence policy, improve equity, and shape the future of public services. From designing pay structures for government bodies to conducting equal pay audits for healthcare systems, your work will directly affect thousands of lives and contribute to a fairer, more transparent workforce.
You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering impactful Total Reward solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Reward Strategy & Design:
Develop bespoke reward strategies, grading structures, and pay ranges tailored to public sector frameworks and values.
Financial & Impact Modelling:
Build financial models to assess the cost and impact of proposed reward initiatives, ensuring alignment with governance, compliance, and budgetary constraints.
Equal Pay & Equity Analysis:
Conduct descriptive and multivariate regression analyses to identify pay gaps, assess equality impacts, and recommend actionable solutions that support diversity and inclusion.
Employee Value Proposition (EVP):
Create compelling EVPs that attract and retain top talent in the public sector, reflecting mission-driven cultures and career development pathways.
Client Engagement & Delivery:
Lead complex projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure high-quality delivery across all phases—from scoping to execution.
Thought Leadership & Innovation:
Develop insight-driven presentations, contribute to industry research, and speak at events to elevate Korn Ferry’s brand and influence in the public sector.
Business Development:
Identify new opportunities, contribute to proposals and pitches, and collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
Mentorship & Collaboration:
Support junior consultants through coaching and project-based development, while building strong internal networks across Korn Ferry.
