Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in mining and industrial infrastructure projects.
• Mandatory proven experience in copper mining and heap leaching platforms / leach pads.
• Engineering degree: Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Mining or related discipline.
• Bilingual English and Spanish with full professional proficiency.
• Ability to lead meetings, presentations and reporting in English.
• Strong experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead mining and infrastructure project execution from development through construction and commissioning.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and overall project delivery.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and operational interfaces.
• Oversee contractors, construction management and site activities.
