EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to join one of the world's largest automotive services companies. You will work within the Engineering Platform Team, delivering scalable platform automation and secure engineering enablement.

You will remain hands-on to improve developer productivity, establish AI-assisted engineering best practices, and mentor engineers in architecture discussions and code reviews. A strong background in AWS, Terraform, and GitHub actions is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software or platform engineering.
• Proven technical leadership with mentoring and ownership skills (1+ years).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop reusable GitHub Actions.
• Build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
• Drive DevSecOps, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Establish AI development standards using Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
• Mentor engineers through architecture guidance, design discussions, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master on planning and delivery.
• Participate in production support and continuous platform improvement.
