GBS Group is hiring for a remote, LATAM-based role focused on building and maintaining AI-driven internal tools and automation platforms. You will own design, deployment, security, and reliability of systems that scale business operations across the organization.

Expect to work on AI workflows, system orchestration, and DevOps with a high level of ownership, collaborating with leadership to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or similar roles.
• Proven experience building and maintaining internal tools, automation systems, or operational platforms.
• Strong backend design fundamentals with scalable, reliable systems.
• Experience with API integrations and system orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in production environments and automation platforms.
• Solid security fundamentals: authentication, authorization, encryption, secrets management.

Responsabilidades

• Build and evolve internal tools that support core business operations.
• Design systems to improve operational efficiency and scalability; treat tools as products.
• Design and implement automation across workflows, systems, and data pipelines.
• Connect APIs, third-party tools, and internal systems into cohesive workflows.
• Integrate AI tools, copilots, and agent-based processes into day-to-day operations.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and environment management; ensure reliability and observability.
• Implement and maintain security best practices across internal tools and AI workflows.
