IQVIA seeks a Senior Statistical Programmer in Pharmacometrics to support global clinical trials. The role requires expert R and SAS programming with CDISC ADaM/SDTM experience, and mentoring of junior programmers. This is a full-time, 100% home-based position across the LATAM region.

You will develop and validate complex datasets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead programming initiatives to elevate quality. Strong project management and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, CS, or related field.
• 2+ years working with efficacy analysis (ADaM datasets & TLFs) and/or 4+ years on ADaM statistical programming.
• Hands-on proficiency in R and SAS; strong English skills.

Responsabilités

• Develops and validates complex datasets and outputs using SAS, aligning with ADaM/SDTM.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve programming processes and accuracy.
• Provides technical guidance on statistical methodologies and programming best practices.
• Mentors junior programmers and supports continuous workflow improvement.
• Leads initiatives to enhance programming tools and standards; ensures high-quality deliverables.
