Mphasis is seeking a Lead Solution Analyst with deep Payments experience to join an international project in the financial services domain. You will combine business analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management to deliver scalable payments solutions.

The role focuses on Cross-Border and Real-Time Payments, ISO 20022/CBPR+ standards, and front-to-back implementations in a hybrid LATAM environment. Excellent communication and agile collaboration are essential.

Formación

• 15+ years of overall experience, with 10+ years in Payments / Solution Analysis.
• Strong experience in Cross-Border Payments.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 20022, CBPR+ and MX messaging.
• Experience with pacs/camt messages is highly desirable.
• Exposure to front-to-back system implementations.
• Strong understanding of business and technical architecture.
• Excellent requirements analysis and functional documentation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile / cross-functional environments.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and translate complex business requirements into scalable and reusable functional solutions.
• Work on Cross-Border and Real-Time Payments initiatives.
• Follow ISO 20022 / CBPR+ standards.
• Prepare detailed interface mapping and static data documentation.
• Collaborate closely with business, product, operations, and technology stakeholders.
• Support Agile, cross-functional teams throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
• Support UAT planning, test case preparation, execution and tracking.
• Identify risks and issues proactively and drive appropriate mitigation.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality delivery.
