Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end payments implementation projects by gathering requirements, assessing feasibility and risks, and defining action plans and deliverables.
• Deliver complex cash and payments implementations across digital channels and integrations, including file transfer, host-to-host connectivity, APIs, and network platforms.
• Build and manage project plans covering scope, documentation, entitlements, testing, sign-off, and post-production stabilization.
• Coordinate stakeholders across product, technology, operations, sales, and international teams to ensure timely execution and clear accountability.
• Advise sales teams on implementation best practices and integration options to support solutioning and commercialization.
• Manage change activities related to new processes, tools, and regulatory requirements, ensuring appropriate communication and adoption.
• Develop and deliver client and stakeholder communications and training to support successful onboarding and operational readiness.
• Liaise with third-party vendors to support integration of internal systems and client connectivity features.
• Support responses to local and global requests for proposal by providing implementation scope, timelines, and feasibility inputs.
• Coordinate regional implementations across Latin America by leading local implementation managers and serving as a primary client point of contact.
• Maintain a strong control mindset by documenting decisions, escalating risks or issues, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

Join our Argentina Payments Implementation team and help deliver best-in-class payment solutions to corporate and financial institution clients. As a Payments Implementation Manager, you will lead complex implementations from requirements through delivery, partnering with clients and internal teams to ensure strong controls and an excellent client experience. You will work on high-visibility projects across Argentina and the region. We value proactive leaders who combine technical curiosity, strong project discipline, and stakeholder management skills.

As a Payments Implementations Analyst within the Argentina Payments Implementation team, you will interface with some of JPMorgan´s most valuable clients, from both Corporate and Financial Institutions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience leading client implementations, onboarding, or project delivery in payments, cash management, or transaction banking
• Strong project management skills, including ability to manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
• Experience supporting technical integrations such as file transfer, host-to-host connectivity, APIs, or network-based payment platforms
• Strong risk and control mindset, with ability to assess implementation risks and escalating issues appropriately
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage senior stakeholders and clients
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment across regions and time zones
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
