Job summary

Kraken seeks a product manager to shape the future of Payward's payments platform, spanning backend systems, hosted pages, SDKs, and direct APIs. You will partner with engineering to deliver a clear, milestone-driven roadmap for internal clients and multi-rail payment integration.

You will work across banking and partnerships to ensure compliant, scalable integrations while measuring platform adoption and performance to drive success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform/API/infrastructure role.
• Understanding of payments ecosystems: pay-ins/payments, PSPs, rails, and money flows.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Payward payments platform across backend and integration surfaces.
• Map requirements from internal clients to evolve platform vision and capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering to create a sequenced, high-impact roadmap with measurable milestones.
• Prioritize competing client needs with clear trade-offs and rationale.
• Shape end-to-end client experience from first conversation to go-live.
