You will leverage expert-level channel knowledge, AI tools, and the Nova ecosystem to drive results tied to business goals, while mentoring junior talent and ensuring client satisfaction.

The role demands 4–5 years in digital marketing, 3+ in an agency, and hands-on experience with at least two major ad channels.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of digital marketing experience; 3+ years in an agency setting.
• Minimum 3-4 years hands-on experience with at least 2+ paid advertising channels.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across marquee accounts.
• Conduct thorough QA to prevent errors impacting client revenue.
• Maintain budget pacing and advise on budget changes.
• Lead proactive strategy recommendations across channels and surface opportunities.
• Analyze campaign data to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
• Mentor junior talent and improve cross-channel workflows.
