Job summary

Coforge is hiring a Senior Business Analyst (Oracle EBS) to work remotely across Mexico and other Latin American countries. You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to define requirements, map processes, and support ERP transformations.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional work across large programs. Required 5+ years in business analytics for Finance/SC, with Oracle EBS experience, UAT leadership, and experience in ERP implementations.

Qualifications

5+ years as a Business Analyst supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with cross-functional transformation programs.
Ability to bridge discussions between business users and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to translate objectives into requirements.
Analyze processes, map workflows, and document requirements, specs, and user stories.
Support solution design and collaborate with dev, testing, and support teams.
Lead UAT activities, defect triage, sign-off, data validation, and deployment support.
