Bluelight is a leading software consultancy seeking a senior backend-focused engineer to join our growing Córdoba team. You will design and implement scalable APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS, with PostgreSQL and strict security for multi-tenant environments.

The role emphasizes ownership, high-quality code, and collaboration across US business hours. You will work on challenging, high-impact projects, using modern technologies, and enjoy flexible hours with remote work options.

Formación

• 5+ years professional software development experience (backend-focused).
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience building low-latency API services in AWS.
• Experience building scalable RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SDK integrations to other services.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/AuroraDB, including Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Experience building secure multi-tenant environments.
• Comfortable writing raw SQL and managing schema migrations (e.g., node-postgres, node-pg-migrate).
• Professional experience with React.
• Strong testing practices, including integration tests against real databases and failure-mode/fault-injection testing.
• Experience working with AI coding assistants as part of daily development.
• CI/CD application creation and maintenance skills.
• Solid understanding of full stack development, with the ability to contribute to frontend work when needed.
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
