Bluelight is seeking a senior backend-focused software engineer to design and build high-quality, scalable backend services. You will work with Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS to deliver low-latency APIs, integrate with external services, and ensure secure multi-tenant data architectures.

You will also contribute to frontend tasks when needed, participate in CI/CD, and work across cross-functional teams to drive robust software delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, backend-focused
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript and JavaScript
• Experience building low-latency API services in AWS
• Experience building scalable RESTful APIs
• Experience with SDK integrations to other services
• Experience with PostgreSQL/AuroraDB including Row-Level Security
• Experience building secure multi-tenant environments
• Writing raw SQL and managing schema migrations
• Professional experience with React
• Strong testing practices including integration tests against real databases
